The RP403 paver represents the inaugural full-hydraulic small crawler asphalt paver developed in China. This machine features a complete hydraulic drive system and electro-hydraulic automatic control, showcasing advanced technology and dependable performance. With a minimum width of merely 1.8 meters, it is the most compact option available among domestic products. Its streamlined design makes it highly suitable for extensive paving projects, including sidewalks, bike lanes, farm roads, and smaller roadways. The paving width can be adjusted seamlessly from 0.8 meters (when equipped with a width-limiting device) to 4.5 meters, making it particularly effective for road maintenance tasks.

* The hydraulic system utilizes load sensing control technology to optimize power output for efficiency and energy savings. The drive components are sourced from the renowned German manufacturer Rexroth, ensuring system reliability.
* The 12-ton hopper is designed with a wide opening, allowing for ample material storage. The material interface is compatible with skip cars of varying tonnages.
* The hopper’s two sides can be independently folded, featuring a swing-type pusher that guarantees stable material discharge during asymmetric paving. This design facilitates the proper paving of obstacles situated along the wall.
