This multinational company, headquartered in Shandong, China, announced its status as the top producer of bulldozers, all under its proprietary brand. Historically, Shantui has been the leading bulldozer brand in China, but its aggressive growth and strong demand in the global market have solidified its position at the top.

In 2010, Shantui accounted for two-fifths of the global production of crawler-type dozers, surpassing more than 10,000 units. The total global production for that year was 24,600, with its closest competitor, Caterpillar, producing 6,400 units. These figures were compiled by Off-Highway Research, a prominent independent industry analysis firm.
